Event Photographer in Paris for Brand and Private Reportage

Discreet documentary coverage with an editorial eye: atmosphere, people, design and the moments that explain what the event felt like and why it mattered.

The approach

Present without becoming part of the event

I photograph events by reading the room: how people move through a space, where attention gathers and which gestures reveal more than a posed picture would. The result combines candid storytelling with an editorial sense of composition.

Low light, candlelit dinners and historic interiors are treated as part of the atmosphere rather than problems to flatten. I pay equal attention to people, architecture, styling and the details that give an event its identity.

Discretion guides where I stand, when I offer direction and when I let a moment unfold without interruption.

Route one

Brand, corporate and agency events

Launches, presentations, conferences, dinners, receptions and cultural or fashion-related gatherings. Coverage follows the communication purpose: product context, speakers, audience response, interactions, design and brand details.

Route two

Private celebrations

Coverage is available for private dinners, milestone birthdays, intimate celebrations, family occasions, civil ceremonies and selected weddings. Wedding coverage follows the same editorial and documentary approach: attentive to style, atmosphere and character, without relying on conventional wedding clichés.

Event photography for brands, agencies and corporate teams

The photographs continue working after the room empties. Coverage is planned around their intended use: press, social channels, brand communications, internal communication or editorial publication. I photograph brand launches, Fashion Week events, press presentations, cultural events, conferences, executive dinners and high-end corporate gatherings in Paris.

Fashion, culture and press events

Here the visual identity matters as much as the programme. I look for the relationship between the collection or subject, the guests, the space and the details that make the event recognisable as your brand.

Conferences, executive dinners and corporate gatherings

Coverage follows the structure of the event without becoming mechanical: speakers when relevant, audience response, conversations, networking, executive presence, venue design and the moments that give context to the programme.

What I cover

  • the atmosphere and scale of the venue;
  • arrivals, guests and meaningful interactions;
  • speakers, presentations and programme moments where relevant;
  • branded details, design and visual identity;
  • candid exchanges and directed portraits when required;
  • a coherent selection for the agreed communication context.

What your proposal is built around

  • format, date, duration and schedule;
  • venue, access and simultaneous spaces;
  • expected guest count;
  • photo, video or combined coverage;
  • required deliverables and intended use;
  • delivery priority, including an accelerated selection.

How the commission works

You run the event. I take care of its visual record.

  • Paris and beyond. Based in Paris and available for assignments elsewhere, with travel and production requirements defined in the proposal.
  • An editorial understanding of the room. My fashion and editorial background informs how I photograph style, people, space and brand details without making the coverage feel staged.
  • Delivery shaped around communication needs. Next-day delivery of a priority selection, or an accelerated full edit, can be planned in advance and quoted according to the required scope.
  • Post-production and usage. Every commission includes curated editing and colour work. Advanced retouching, file specifications and publication or usage requirements are defined for the project.
  • A setup that scales when needed. I can work with a self-sufficient photography setup or bring in assistants, stylists and a dedicated videographer when the production requires a wider team.
  • One point of contact. From the first consultation to final delivery, the coverage stays aligned with the event format, visual priorities and intended use.

From brief to delivery

Brief → tailored proposal → booking retainer → production planning → event coverage → final payment → delivery

A half-day commission includes up to four consecutive hours of photography, beginning at the agreed start time — Starting from €1,400

A minimum 30% booking retainer is required to reserve the date.

The edited photographs are delivered within three calendar days after the event, provided the final balance has been received.

The final proposal reflects the format, schedule, venue access, guest count, deliverables, photo or video scope, intended use and delivery priority.

For private clients

Private celebrations, documented with an editorial eye

You should be able to stay with your guests rather than manage the photography. I work quietly through the evening, noticing conversations, gestures and shifts in energy without repeatedly stopping what is happening.

Coverage is available for private dinners, milestone birthdays, intimate celebrations, family occasions, civil ceremonies and selected weddings. Wedding coverage follows the same editorial and documentary approach: attentive to style, atmosphere and character, without relying on conventional wedding clichés.

What is photographed

  • arrivals and the atmosphere as the room fills;
  • conversations, gestures and group energy;
  • key rituals, speeches or planned moments;
  • table settings, clothing, flowers and venue details;
  • individual, couple or family portraits when desired;
  • the quieter moments that hold the evening together.

What is included in your tailored coverage

  • an advance conversation about the date, setting and people who matter;
  • discreet coverage shaped around the flow of the occasion;
  • a carefully curated and edited selection;
  • Private online gallery for 6 months.

How the commission works

You stay with your guests. I follow the story of the evening.

  • Paris and beyond. Based in Paris and available for celebrations elsewhere, with travel arrangements discussed as part of the proposal.
  • An editorial eye without turning the evening into a set. My fashion and editorial background shapes the attention given to light, clothing, interiors, gestures and portraits while the celebration remains natural.
  • Faster delivery when timing matters. A next-day priority selection, or an accelerated full edit, can be arranged in advance and affects the final quote.
  • Considered post-production. Your coverage includes curated editing and colour work. Additional portrait retouching can be commissioned when required.
  • Photo or photo and video. I work with a self-sufficient photography setup. If you would like both formats, a dedicated videographer can join the project; assistants or a stylist can be added where the celebration calls for them.
  • Continuity from planning to delivery. I remain your point of contact from the first conversation through the private gallery, keeping the coverage focused on what matters to you.

From conversation to gallery

Conversation → tailored coverage → planning → booking retainer → discreet reportage → final payment → private gallery

Private celebration coverage starts from €1,200 and includes up to three consecutive hours of photography, beginning at the agreed start time.

A minimum 30% booking retainer is required to reserve the date.

The edited photographs are delivered through a private online gallery within three calendar days after the event, provided the final balance has been received. Gallery access remains available for the period agreed in your proposal.
